We’re the Kay Family – Shane and Hughlena. We are those people who watch the movie the second time just for the décor, the kind of couple that always haS a project in mind.
I (Hughlena) have always loved creating beautiful surroundings and making memories special (you can blame Barbie and that darn dream house!). The first time we saw the property, we knew it was God's beauty on display, and we just had to share it with others. We created Pheasant Cove because we want others to experience that same magical feeling we get to feel everyday.

the BANQUET HALL
Our largest space on the property is 6000 sq ft of climate-controlled space that can hold up to 299 guests. It's washed in beautiful creamy white walls and gold chandeliers lining the way to the limestone fireplace and mirrors reflecting your beauty for all to behold.
There are four sets of French doors leading to the covered porch overlooking the croquet course and the brook. Off from the banquet hall is a catering kitchen with a private entrance for your vendors to use. It includes an oven, warmers, freezer, commercial sink, prep tables, double refrigerator and ice machine.
Handicapped accessible bathrooms are located inside the venue at Pheasant Cove.
the CLUBHOUSE
White columns and arbors line the cobblestone front entrance overlooking the lush green regulation size croquet course. The stage above the croquet court begs to put you in the spotlight, with grand sycamore trees, magnolias, and crepe myrtles in white all around.
There are many options to make your grand entrance onto the croquet court. The clubhouse has exposed white washed beams and a wood burning fireplace and private deck overlooking the water. Inside, you'll also find a massive bar with an ice machine, dish washer, and mini fridge.
the abby bridal cottage
You would never guess we're over the top for Downton Abbey with a bridal suite that is fit for a queen and her court. The Abby Bridal Suite and Glamour Suite features floor-to-ceiling mirrors, makeup stations, and three styling chairs. It has a large private bathroom, television, and mini kitchen. The Abby can accommodate six overnight guests.
THE ORIGINAL MEN'S CLUB
The Original Men’s Club — or as we like to call it, "OMG." (We didn’t name it, there was a sign above the door from the original gentleman that built the property).
Fit for royalty, you might say. with grills, and a cook’s kitchen. Not to forget the pool table and, last but not least, a PlayStation. The OMG will accommodate six overnight guests.
