OUTDOOR SPACES

Event Packages

"Royal Affair"

  • Saturday-only access from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. day of event
  • Use of the Abby Bridal Suite and The Original Men's Club
  • Rehearsal can be done on Friday if available (if not, Mon-Thur based on availability)
  • After Rehearsal Dinner is an additional charge

Investment: $6,500

"Pheasantly Married"

  • Monday - Thursday to 9 p.m.
  • Up to 100 people
  • 2 hours available for rehearsal if the venue is available during the week, or week before, the event
  • Use of The Abby Bridal Suite and The Original Men's Club

Investment: $2,500

"Fit for a Queen"

  • Access from Friday 9 a.m. - Sun 9 a.m.
  • Rehearsal and Rehearsal Dinner use of venue included
  • Overnight stay at both The Original Men's Club and the Abby Bridal Suite for Friday and Saturday for up to 6 people in each cottage.
  • Pool and hot tub access during stay.

"Simply Amazing"

  • Friday or Sunday access from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. day of event
  • Use of the Abby Bridal Suite and The Original Men's Club
  • Rehearsal can be done Mon-Thurs based on availability
  • After Rehearsal Dinner is an additional charge

clubhouse rental (non-wedding)

  • Use of Croquet Court and Clubhouse for events such as birthday parties or bridal luncheons and showers.
  • Weddings at the Clubhouse must be booked as a wedding venue.

  • Includes 3 hours of rental time

  • Catering kitchen with private entrance and parking
  • Warmers, ice machine, microwave, commercial sink, double refrigerator and freezer, oven, stainless steel tables for prep.
  • 25-60 inch round tables and white table cloths (cleaning fee of $10 per cloth)

Event insurance is required with all event packages. May be purchased with eWed Insurance.

Q. what is your building capacity?

The Grand Banquet Hall holds 299 (this includes wedding party, guest, staff etc.)

Q.  Do you offer indoor and outdoor wedding sites? How many guests can be seated?

We offer multiple sites both indoor and outdoor for your ceremony and reception. The number of chairs for outside is 350 and the number of seats inside will be 299.

Q. Do we have to use a preferred vendors list?

No, we have an open vendor policy, but will gladly share our resource guide with you of vendors that we have worked with.

Q. Are there overnight accommodations available? 

Yes. Overnight accommodations can be be included in your package or added to your package if available.

Q. Is there parking available?

Yes, there is parking available, and golf cart shuttles as well for your guests.

Q. What is your plan for outdoor ceremonies in a weather related event?

We can move your ceremony to The Grand Banquet Hall service side, but the decision has to be made 12 hours before the setup of the outdoor ceremony location.

Q. How do I check a date and schedule a tour? 

Q. What are the policies regarding alcohol?

We allow beer and wine to be served by a licensed and insured bartender at your reception. There must be one bartender per 50 guests and a security officer during the time alcohol is being served. $35 hr/ 3 Hour minimum.

Q. Do you require event insurance?

Event Insurance is required with all events at Pheasant Cove and we will provide you with options for where to purchase.
